About Esraa
Esraa is a Psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Derby, UK, and over five years of experience supporting adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, psychosomatic symptoms, and relationship difficulties. She is also a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and a Psychosexual therapist in training with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT, UK).
She believes that our bodies carry the imprint of our life experiences, and that difficulties with sex, intimacy, and relationships are often shaped by trauma, stress, past experiences, and our sense of safety. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Esraa helps clients understand the patterns underlying their experiences.
With a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach, she creates a compassionate space where clients can explore concerns such as low desire, painful sex, difficulties with arousal or orgasm, compulsive sexual behaviours, and questions around sexuality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Believing that every body holds a unique story and every nervous system adapts differently, Esraa tailors therapy to each individual, helping clients build self-regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of safety, connection, and wholeness.
